Type I: New guys who are highly motivated.
Type II: Most of the employees who are well settled and some of them are motivated to rise above. You need to check on them regular (not too frequently) and make sure they get all the information and tools to do the job.
Type III: People who are good on the job but don’t want to do it. Most of these are the ones who think they are not treated fairly or when they were working harder than they should, they have been ignored. Many of them turned into the a**holes in the company.
Type IV: High performers, they are “figure it out” kind of people. These are gems you need in your team. They are few, and you can bank up on them. Be careful, if you do not treat them right (in terms of money, respect, responsibilities) they can exit or jump into type-III; A**holes.
