Marking 2nd week of the journey. There is nothing much to write that is new. Just a regular busy day with time triggered hunger (not actual hunger but a habit I guess). Oh! it’s 12:00, let’s eat something.
Although I don’t know why later almost at every night I do think about heavy food such as Indian curries or the opposite, a simple Daal. It is baffling to me why I am craving Indian food more than any other, it could be simply for a fact, I am India, right?
Also, I am happy to be like this, with a little fear of getting too comfortable in eating more than I should. Am I eating less? Yes, but I am also not burning many calories.
A good dinner with okra, fish and a little Chicken with rice.
Today is also a day when I am injecting another dose. The first two were administered by a doctor. It’s very easy and painless. In the first week, I lost 4 kg, and in the second week, I lost 2 kg. So, in 14 days, I have lost a total of 6 kg. In the second week, my calorie intake was significantly higher, and my walking was less. Not bad, not bad at all, although deep down I know I wanted to lose 4 more kg, but I knew I wouldn’t. That’s how the body works; losing weight too fast is not good.
