Day 17: Not loosing weight 

Week three, and my weight is not going down; instead, I feel like I might gain weight this week. It’s such a terrible feeling of failure. Today, I went back to yogurt and blueberries but added three small cucumbers. I took a 20-minute walk to see if I was truly hungry or just experiencing time-triggered pseudo hunger.

In the afternoon and evening, as usual, I was in back-to-back meetings. Today was a bit too much with too many things to work on. I feel like having some whiskey to shut down my constant thinking.

Dinner at the restaurant was good tonight.

When I returned home, I weighed myself: 93 kg.
