Day 57: Same story

  1. Didn’t sleep last night
  2. Finally fell asleep at 6:00, got up at 10:00
  3. Tea & B.P. medicine
  4. Brunch: heavy due to ‘Sharad’ of grandpa
  5. Evening: SIV
  6. Dinner: porridge

Work-wise, not so busy but a great day. A lot will be done soon.

Can’t take sleeping pills tonight even though I should, due to some responsibilities. That’s fine.

Today’s weight: 87.5
Since sleeping is an issue, I might not lose that 0.5 kg in the next 48 hours. Let’s see
