Day 52: Sleep deprived, but how is this possible?

Last night, I didn’t sleep until 5:30. Spent the whole night struggling between my thoughts and trying to sleep. At 4:00, I made a sandwich, read a little, and scrolled through social media—nothing caught my interest. So, I did a bit of work. Finally, at 5:00 AM, I was too tired to continue. Didn’t sleep deeply, but I did sleep. Woke up and got ready for my calls.

As usual, I weighed myself. I was 87.5… WHAT? How is that possible? How can I lose 1 kg overnight? Did I dehydrate during the night?

After wrapping up work, I ate a samosa and a few pieces of dhokla in the evening. So, the carb intake was decent. Lunch was late, just daal. I’ve been avoiding roti at lunch.

Tonight, I’m planning to take a sleeping pill. Not many left.
