Breakfast was amazing—daal + aloo paratha. I cooked them well, even though I ended up making a bit of a map. But that’s okay, considering I hardly ever make roti or paratha in China. Lunch was decent—not great, but I’m thankful to the maid—and dinner I cooked. I made baingan ka bharta and dahi ke aloo, and everyone was thrilled with the meal. That’s a success—a great day indeed.
As for hunger, it was manageable. I wasn’t very hungry, probably due to the heavy breakfast, even though I ate just one paratha instead of the 5-6 I used to consume. Eating just one was enough.
I keep thinking about when I will reach 85 kg, a milestone I want to achieve soon for cosmetic reasons. I look forward to feeling good about my appearance again and being healthier after a long time. After COVID, I lost 7 kg, and I was super excited. I documented the journey in my diaries. I remember unpacking suitcases full of clothes that finally fit me—or should I say, I finally fit into them. It was pure ecstasy, and even now, recalling that moment makes me happy.
I need to go back to it and go back in better shape. And the from there, I will start another journey- to be fit.
