Today was the first time I felt physically very weak. There were times when I was up and my head was slowly clearing. My head was moving, if I may say so. My calorie intake is actually low, & my body was certainly looking for more carbohydrates. Lunch was Yogurt with frozen berries, few nuts around 5:00 and dinner was Chinese veg Saag with Tofu.
Now it’s 11 in the evening, and I feel like eating more, maybe some junk food such as a hamburger or a slice of pizza. I actually went to a convenience store and stood in front of the sandwiches, but there wasn’t a strong desire to eat unhealthy. I’m not sure what I’m going to eat now, but I know I should eat a little bit.
After browsing the app to order food, I struggled between choosing healthy and unhealthy options. It’s quite late to eat. I should have packed an apple or something earlier. So, I guess I won’t eat anything. Anyway going to take sleeping pills, so does it matter ?
I’m going to make lemon soda with salt, and that should do the magic to suppress my appetite.
On Tuesday, I am going to make 2 weeks on Ozempic. I really want to see good results and get out of the danger zone.
