Day 112: Damn it!

Last night, despite a proper dinner and drinks, I found myself incredibly hungry around 2:00 AM. I debated it but eventually, the hunger won—I got dressed, went downstairs, and searched for food. The first place was out of food, the second was packed, and at the third, I finally ordered dumplings and noodles with a beer. Surprisingly, I finished it all. Took a short walk afterward and then went back to sleep.

Woke up feeling overly full, as if I’d gained back all the weight. Weighed myself—88 kg! If I keep this up for a few days, I’ll hit 90 kg, which isn’t great for my goals. I think I’ll need Ozempic soon to get back on track.

Spoke to my doctor later in the evening. I’ll be visiting him in a few days, so Phase II is starting soon. Does that mean I should take advantage of this ‘cheat phase’ while I can?

Cooked a satisfying dinner, did some reading, and even managed a bit of cleaning—a good day overall
