Last night, I slept without any sleeping pills. That makes it a week without them, which is great. I also didn’t eat before going to bed, and it feels amazing. Waking up naturally and meditating for a while—I just realized I might never have mentioned that I meditate.
It’s been a good day so far. However, I’ve noticed slight muscle pain. Initially, I thought it might be due to travel and my age, but it seems that’s not the case. I’m not sure if it’s related to my medication.
I had a good, rich lunch and took a short walk afterward. But now, I’m feeling sleepy. Coffee might help, but too much coffee and high blood pressure don’t exactly go hand in hand, right?
