Day 104: ChoMian

In the evening, out of nowhere, I had a craving for 炒面 – but the Indian version, which I call ChaoMean. Yes, it’s the same, and yes, it’s different. I can certainly tell, having lived in China for a long time and tried countless types of fried noodles. This one is just one of many, quite similar to the Hong Kong style but still uniquely delicious.

Otherwise, it was a regular day. Nothing special.
