Day 6: Conquering Hunger and Junk Food Temptations

I woke up feeling hungry. Imagine , the moment to woke up, and your brain shouts… I AM HUNGRRY!

Lunch was the heaviest compared to what I have been eating all week. I had iced tea (no sugar), spaghetti, and a few small salads. I was eating a lot; I didn’t know I could enjoy a fancy salad like that. Even though I usually love spaghetti, I wasn’t into it at all.

Today was a super busy day, with a simple dinner.

I successfully avoided the urge to drink and eat junk food. Feeling of enjoying a burger with French fries with IPA. Also, pizza night with 6 packs. Yummy and bad for tummy.

I am just repeating my last few days feelings. I am getting conscious about my blog as there is not much to read about. Although, it is clear that I am logging my experiences for myself but in public domain.

Tomorrow, I will have a blood test and probably an increase in my dose.
