Day 5: From Yogurt Salad to Brain Hacks

Today I am certain that I need to increase my dose, as I am eating more than in the first 2-3 days. For lunch, I managed to control my hunger by mentally bribing myself to have a larger meal at the dinner. I had a yogurt salad; the actual plan for lunch was last night’s leftover Daal and rice.

After my yogurt salad lunch, I went to the supermarket to get okra (Bhindi) and a few other day-to-day items. I roamed around the vegetable and meat sections repeatedly until I grabbed a pre-cooked chicken breast. It was my snack, along with a yellow capsicum.

Killed some time watching Netflix (Playlist) and made clocked a lot of ginger in a jar with water and vinegar (Ginger pickle?) 100% sure not Gari

I know that if I have fixed meals, I won’t be tempted to order takeout. I need to use “brain hacks” to avoid eating out as much as possible.

I am not sure about taking sleeping pills tonight.
