Day 9: Two Dinners

A very good day! Super busy and productive.

As usual, I ate yogurt and blueberries for lunch. In the late afternoon, I was so hungry that I ended up eating two steamed vegetable buns (包子).

Dinner was in two parts: 1) Went to Sushi, 2) home-cooked Daal chawal. I was craving it but dry daal not proper north Indian daal. Why dry? Have more than one reason, one of them is I cooked daal and rice in same pressure cooker. Can you guess how?

I didn’t feel sleepy, and my energy was fine. But having a two-part dinner makes me think, “Maybe I am eating more calories than I am burning, so what is the point?” Certainly, I am eating way less than before, and so far, no alcohol. Therefore, there is a point. 😛

Back-to-back meetings since morning have left me exhausted. Time for sleeping pills and off to bed.
