I woke up as usual, prepared to leave for an appointment, but it was canceled at the last minute. It was something important, but I’m sure it was rescheduled for good reasons—it’s now moved to Monday.
I’m still feeling the effects of being sleep-deprived from last night. The day went okay, but I couldn’t sleep all night. I went to bed around 3:00 AM, took a nap, and then was wide awake again. At 5:30, I ended up cooking instant noodles. By 6:00, I tried going back to bed. Despite the tiredness, I managed to walk for 30-40 minutes.
