Since morning, I haven’t been hungry or craving anything. In fact, when I woke up, I felt a bit uncomfortable, with slight nausea. When I rest my hand on my stomach (left side of the upper abdomen), it feels uncomfortable, as if I’ve got a lot of food in it. So, all day, I’ve felt full.
Imagine when you eat so much that you’re too full to lie down comfortably—your body almost demands movement. That’s how I’m feeling today. So, I went for a 30-minute walk. It’s frustrating to see myself in the mirror without clothes; I’m still far from reaching 80 kg. Losing 10 more kilograms is not going to be easy.
Again, it’s dal and roti: the best food—low in carbs and with a bit of protein.
