Day 16: Can’t be better

Life is back to normal, and I am drinking more water and tea than ever (iced tea, not milk tea). For lunch, I was considering roast meat, but I settled for a much healthier option: fish with pickled veggies and rice.

Dinner was simple and in two phases: Phase I in a restaurant and Phase II at home, with leftovers from yesterday.
