The morning was fine, no hunger (this is my normal). Lunch was yogurt, blueberries, and some oats. I am stuffed, and even thinking about dinner feels like too much work. I’m way too full and have 4–5 hours until my next meal. I really don’t want to eat much. This feeling is so strong that, as I’m writing about food, I’m burping and feel like puking. This better show results soon—I’m also walking on top of all this. Eating less and burning more calories should make sense. Comparing all this from my day 1: it is different.
By 5:00 PM, all I wanted was to talk. I felt a bit uncomfortable, like the food wasn’t digesting properly. After 6:30 PM or so, I felt fine and decided to have steamed fish along with lots of fish soup, mushrooms, and some veggies. It was light and made for a perfect dinner. I walked a bit more and called it a day.
Due to some personal events, I was anxious and didn’t want to risk not sleeping, so I took a sleeping pill. Overall, it was a good day.
