Day 111: Getting Back to My Own Cycle

A good start—skipped breakfast, though I enjoyed quite a bit last night that was totally unnecessary, more out of mental desire than need. Now, in the morning, I’m feeling full and don’t feel like eating much. Given that I need to ease into a new routine, taking care of my gut health and adjusting to different foods, I’ll keep lunch and dinner light.

For lunch, I chose something healthy—not bad at all, and I wasn’t very hungry anyway, just preparing for the shift in cycles. This evening, I might have a beer or two… justifying it as part of the transition.
