Good day for food! Enjoyed a solid breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Dinner #1: Fried glass noodles—I realized I’m not accustomed to the oil.
Dinner #2: Almost full, but I felt a small craving, so I had some soup.
Dinner #3: This was entirely unnecessary, but I ate it just because I could and felt like having bread. (I didn’t actually need it—just the illusion of it, so it was emotional eating.) Ordered a cheap combo with a small chicken burger, chicken wrap (larger than expected), and fried chicken breast. That’s a lot.
