Last night, I slept after 1:30, exhausted but relaxed. I got up at 7:00 in the morning to finish some work that had been worrying me—now it’s all set. With not many meetings, the day went well. Lunch was simple but a bit too much, and dinner was similar. I really need to get back to yogurt or a small serving of Daal for lunch. Too many calories aren’t going to help. It will take a few days for me to adjust.
I am 92 kg today, and I hope to be 91 kg in the next few days. But looking at my activity status on the watch, it seems it’s not going to be that easy; my movements are very limited. So, the rate of burning calories versus eating isn’t going to be balanced.
Also, in the late evening, I eat some bread. That is why didn’t eat Roti in the dinner, couldn’t.
