It was a tough night—physically and mentally exhausting—but thank God, I managed to get through it. It was something. How can some things be blessings because you’re part of them, yet in the first place, those things shouldn’t even exist?
The whole point of me blogging each day was to log my physical and psychological transformation, in a very straightforward way—just writing about how I’m feeling that day. Little did I know certain events would be so challenging, dramatically changing my life, mindset, and making me more grateful for life. Little did I know.
I couldn’t sleep at all, even though I wanted to. By 5:00 AM, I felt strange. A lot of things happened during the night—a big fat mouse, non-stop dogs barking at a police van, and lots of mosquitoes. One major reason I didn’t sleep is something I’m not ready to write about yet.
So, back to 5:00 AM. I went to the kitchen to drink some water, took a few sips, and suddenly rushed to the toilet. I couldn’t control it and ended up vomiting. I often self-induce vomiting to get rid of uncomfortable feelings caused by food, but this was completely different—much stranger.
After 8:30 AM, I finally managed to go to bed and got up at 10:00. Quite an experience, but not a great one. Manged to finish daytime work and all I wanted to do was sleep.
