I am following each day with many time based events, fix time to do an activity and it’s done. This includes waking up, tea, breakfast, shower, meetings, lunch, snacks, dinner. You get the point. And there are some events that happens and change the time of other tings, it is like a domino effect.
There is noting much to write, I no longer log my food. But I do watch my weight. I haven’t dropped below 86 yet. Up and down of grams to kilos. So close to reaching 85. I must say (might have mentioned before) that I am finding it really hard to loose weight and now, I don’t have any assistance (Ozempic) it is harder. Well, today I managed to walk for an hour, first time closed my excise rings.
