Started the morning with two cups of tea, followed by a light breakfast and a quick lunch while standing during a long meeting. In the evening, I ate leftover lunch. Despite a brisk 15-minute walk, I still felt uncomfortable.
Mentally, it wasn’t the best day, but I managed to hold it together.
For dinner, I cooked daal and roti, and had some leftover rice. I ended up eating daal, rice, and yogurt, but still felt heavy afterward. Oh, and one more thing—I weighed 87 kg this morning.
