It was a great day! Lots of food—heavy food. I had an apple, some sweets, and took my Ozempic injection. Today, for the first time, there was a drop of blood when I removed the injection needle. A little pain, but otherwise all good. I have two more doses left in the pen, and after that, I’m out.
If I make it to Shanghai before October 15th, I should be able to get my next shot on time. Otherwise, it might get a bit complicated. We’ll see.
I weighed 87.7 kg this morning, so things are moving in the right direction!
