If you’ve been following my daily Ozempic blog, then you’re no stranger to my journey. I’ve been managing my diabetes using Ozempic under my doctor’s supervision, and as a byproduct, I’ve been losing weight. For me, it’s about losing weight because as I lose more, my diabetic condition improves. However, blood pressure seems to be a different story. So far, it appears it’s not as reversible as diabetes.
Last night, due to circumstances, I forgot to take my blood pressure medication on time. I realized I had forgotten around 1:30 AM, and since it was quite late, I decided to skip it to avoid disturbing my morning routine. Today, I feel like a living mood swing machine. It’s now 10:40 PM, and I’m feeling a bit sad. There were a couple of times today when my head was spinning so fast that I had to sit down. In most cases, this happened after standing up or making a sudden movement.
Two months ago, I was expecting to be between 85 and 86 kg by now, but today I weighed 88 kg (after breakfast)—more than disappointing. I’m also worried about my Ozempic doses; I have only three more shots left. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to get more. I have three weeks left and hope everything works out for the best.
I don’t want to write much more.
