This morning, I weighed in at 87.8 kg. The joy of seeing 87.8 instead of 88.x is priceless. Ah, finally, the scale is moving in the right direction! Today is Monday, which also means tomorrow is dose day. It’s encouraging to see myself getting closer to my next goal—85 kg.
Breakfast was light, but lunch was richer than usual. I cooked daal, capsicum, potatoes, and rice. In the evening, I had an omelette, some snacks, and 1.5 apples. I even managed to walk a kilometer.
Dinner was a feast: rice, daal, roti, and sabji. Quite a hearty day!
