I slept well (which is excellent, especially without sleeping pills). It’s now 23:30, and I’m not feeling sleepy. It seems I’ll need to take the sleeping pills after all.
This morning, I weighed 88.4 kg. The day went great—I cooked both breakfast and lunch. We had a few visitors at home, and we chatted a bit about my childhood. Lunch was late, around 16:00, but it was satisfying. In the evening, I felt like snacking a little, but not too much—just enough to wander into the kitchen. Dinner was good as well.
Today’s meal was simple and light: roti, lauki, parwal, and dahi.
Today is the beginning of month three. Hope to lose 5KG in this month.
