Since I’m going to start a new diet very close to “Satvik Food,” the idea is to have 90% clean food and 10% flexibility for snacks that are hard to avoid in certain situations. So, I went to KFC, used the picture menu to order a standard ginger chicken burger with Pepsi and chicken popcorn. I got busy with work, and later, when I opened the bag, the burger was nowhere to be found. Instead, there was a fried chicken breast (half) and an egg tart. I wonder what happened—I did check the pick-up code, and it was definitely my order.
For dinner, I ordered a lot but didn’t eat much.
