Day 68: A Day of Anxiety

Today started off with tension. I wasn’t feeling positive, and I couldn’t focus on my morning meditation. Anxiety crept in as I checked my phone, finding a few messages waiting for my attention. Despite the anxiety, I managed to cook lunch, get through my meetings, and even squeeze in a short walk in the evening. However, the uneasiness lingered throughout the day.

I also tried to source an Ozempic pen but, unfortunately, had no success. I’m holding on to some hope, aiming to be in Shanghai by mid-October, so I can continue my medication without further interruption.

For dinner, I made eggplant in my mom’s style, following her direct supervision. It turned out well, though not quite as good as hers.

On the downside, I’ve noticed I’m eating more than I should. If I can’t get my injections on time, I’m uncertain how my body will react. I’m still far from reaching my goal of 80 kg.

This post feels filled with worry, and I haven’t even touched on my major concerns yet.
