Didn’t sleep last night thanks to my stubborn mind. I knew I wouldn’t be able to sleep. I was as fresh as a morning glory with dew (just fatter). Lol. My mind was racing in every possible direction. I ended up working on some algorithms; my brain didn’t like it, and finally, I did sleep around 4:30 and got up at 9:00. Should have taken sleeping pills.
Wasn’t hungry today, but not comfortable as well. Perhaps due to lack of proper sleep. After a long meeting, I walked down to the 7/11 and got something. Tomato flavor rice with egg. Simple and tasty. One thing surprised me: I picked Coke Zero but put it back. It was so strange to observe myself, how I have changed. I actually wanted to eat some fruit. How much I have changed in a week. Wow!
Lunch was a Shawarma, and later in the afternoon, I made a kind of bad decision. I bought a Coke Zero. :D)
In the evening, visited the doctor, and he disagreed with me about increasing the dose. He said there’s no need, I need to learn to control myself. Ozempic is just a helping stick.
The good news is my sugar levels are much better (5.6 compared to 8.6 last week) and my BP is normal. I still need to take BP and sleeping pills. It will take time for things to get better. The best news is I have lost 4 kg in a week, so that’s good. Although, looking in the mirror doesn’t show any difference.
