It takes a lot of time to truly understand that health is wealth.
Many things in life are not in your control. The environment is one of them. But even in the worst situations, some things are still in your control. Eating less junk and working out are 100% in your hands.
You can start small. Do push-ups — one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening. If you can’t do proper push-ups, do half push-ups.
And walk. Walk a little faster. Most doctors call it a “brisk walk.” All it means is walking slightly faster than your normal pace. How do you know if your pace is brisk? You shouldn’t be able to talk smoothly — you’ll be at the early stage of huffing and puffing.
Movement is progress.
